To buy a house or condominium in a project in Thailand has many advantages. Vigilance is necessary though since there are many pitfalls. Building contractor, financial and legal conditions all have to be scrutinized. This is part of ERA's quality assurance in conjunction with special terms for ERA clients.

Many contractors want us to sell, few are chosen

There are several ongoing villa and condominium projects in Thailand, both under domestic and foreign management. We often get requests to sell these projects but in most cases we refuse. The reason is simple, we want to, and dare to, offer you only what is affordable, sustainable and seriously planned.

Safety through ERA

The projects here represent the exceptions. These contractors meets the requirements we impose on them and agree to conditions unique for ERA clients. We are therefore proud to present this selection is chosen with care and thoughtfulness.

Beware of the future

Weaknesses in agreements and contracts will affect you long after moving in. We often have to deliver bad news to clients, mostly foreigners, who want to sell their properties. Incomplete or non-existent contracts, land without documets, buildings without building licencies are examples of truths that are revealed.

Seek qualified legal advice
