What monthly costs will I get?
You pay a fixed monthly fee based on condominium size. The sum is used to cover common expenses such as building maintenance, salaries of service personnel and so on.
Even if you do not consume any electricity or water you pay a flat fee of a few Euro per month.
Insurance premium will be added if you have a home insurance.
