Payment service

If you have bought your house or condominium through ERA Oakfield you have the right to sign up for our payment service.

This means that we pay all recurrent bills related to your housing here in Thailand. You never need to worry that the electricity is cut off, insurance expires or that you stand without water when you arrive to your holiday home.

Our payment service include:

• Monthly pick-up service of your electricity bill at your home.
• Monthly pick-up service of your water bill at your home.
• Monthly pick-up service of your phone bill at your home.
• Monitoring of due dates for your home insurance.
• Carry out payment of the above bills.
• Statements of made deposits and payments.

The price for payment service is:
4.620 baht / year. Available for ERA home buyers only.
