It is cheap!

Renovation in Thailand is not what we are used to from the west, it's cheap! Naturally, the price for a renovation or upgrade depends on the scope of work and standard. As a rough rule of thumb, you can expect a price that is 1/3 - 1/4 of the price of a similar renovation in Europe.
