How can I check the current exchange rate?

1.Go to Bangkok Bank website for exchange rates.
2. Locate the heading "TT" in the table
3. Go down the column to the line of your countrys currency.
4. The figure indicates how many baht you get for each unit of your currency.

You can also check historical exchange rates. Enter your date in the upper part of the table and click on "FX Rates." The results are presented in an updated table.

Our houses and condominiums are always sold in Thai baht, THB

In order to facilitate comparisons for you as customer, we specify a price in U.S. dollars on all our listing presentations. That price is based on the rate at date of publication. Exchange rate and the date is specified in conjunction with the U.S. dollar price.

Method of calculation
Price information could look like this in our listing presentations:
"Price: 102.000 USD 34.54 8/6/09"

Above means that the price of 102.000 USD has been calculated from an exchange rate where every USD will give you 34.54 THB. Exchange date is June 8, 2009.
Selling price in this case would be 102.000 x 34.54 = 3.524.100 THB
