Availability
Guidelines on how information and services can be designed to make websites and other sites available was developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), a working group within the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This site is built to be accessible to all. With availability, we mean for example that the site should function properly regardless of the visitor's browser, operating system or any physical limitations such as partially-sighted.
Basic Construction
The site use W3C approved standards and guidelines (WCAG) as they are intended to be used. This means that HTML 4.01 is used to structure the content, and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets, stylesheets) are used for controlling the site's appearance.
Users who have equipment that does not support stylesheets can reach the site's information even if the style templates can not be interpreted. The content is presented unformatted but fully functional.

Navigating with the keyboard
It is possible to navigate this site not using the mouse. You can easily navigate between pages by using the ALT and ARROW keys:
- Return by hold down the ALT + Left ARROW. In order to move forward hold down ALT + Right arrow.
- To browse through the links use the TAB key and to select the link use ENTER.
